The SURFS put on a great performance against Mumbles Development XV as the curtain raiser for the Crackers on Friday evening. With Mumbles going into the break at 3-0 up all the action came in the second half. Tries from Josh Williams, Ben Ghose, Alex Margetts and Jordan Williams along with a penalty & 4 conversions from Peter Anson brought the final score to 31-8 to the SURFS.
There was also club representation on Sunday in the main event the Jimmy Cracker 7's. It's fair to say the day was enjoyed by players and supporters alike with the players certainly embracing the social side of the tournament. A big thank you to Mumbles RFC for putting on an excellent weekend as usual and to the travelling support on both days.
