1st XV
A fabulous first half performance by the boys saw them go into the half time break 3-26 up thanks to tries from Daf Lewis, Kyle Perkins, Alex Margetts & Richard Evans with three conversions from Peter Anson. Second half saw the boys continue where they left off with a try by Ryan Roberts and conversion again from Peter Anson. The game became somewhat heated which resulted in the referee dishing out yellow cards for both sides. This seemed to spur the home side on seeing them score three tries and a conversion bringing a final score of 20 points to 33.
So, it’s on to the next round of the Cup, an away draw to Builth Wells on Saturday the 26th of October.
We wish Daf Lewis a speedy recovery after breaking his hand during the game.
Next up a tough encounter, Bridgend Athletic at home.
Youth
The Youth had an absolute stormer in their local derby against Dunvant scoring seven converted tries in a final scoreline of 49-0.
