The 1st XV travelled to Maesteg Celtic on Saturday and came away with a vital 5 points with a final score of 10-43. The boys didn’t have it all their own way with the half time score at 01-17 and the Celtic performance certainly doesn’t justify their position in the league.
Tries were scored by captain on the day Dan Stephens, Alex Margetts, Alex Wadling, Ioan Verhoevan, Tom Davies & Ryan Roberts. Peter Anson contributed the rest of the points with five conversions and a penalty.
