ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the club will be held on Thursday 22nd June 2017 at 7.15pm at the clubhouse.
The business to be transacted is as follows:-
2. To receive the report of the General Committee for the year ending 31stMay 2017
3. To receive and adopt the draft balance sheet and the draft statement of accounts for the year ending 31st May 2017
4. To elect the Officers of the Club, the Ordinary Members of the General Committee and the Honorary Auditors for 2017/2018
5. To decide on any resolution which may be duly submitted to the meeting and of which notice has been received by the Honorary Secretary in accordance with the club rules.
6. To transact any other business, which is required to be dealt with at the Annual General Meeting in accordance with the club rules
NOTE: Nominations must be in writing, accompanied by the written consent of the candidate and submitted to the Honorary Secretary in accordance with the club rules. Existing Officers of the club and Ordinary Members of the General Committee are automatically eligible for re-election without nomination.
