The 1st XV travelled to Heol y Cyw on the back of some positive results. Unfortunately it wasn't our day yesterday coming away with a 19-14 point loss. The Uplands points came from a try by prop Ryan Roberts with the rest of the points coming from outside half Dan Bennett with 3 penalties.
