The 1st XV secured a 40 points to 12 bonus point win when Pencoed visited Fairwood Lane last Saturday. The point scorers for the Uplands were Rhodri Wall who bagged himself a hat trick of tries, whilst Keiran Morris, Alex Margetts, Ryan Roberts helped themselves to a try each. . The SURFs faced a Mumbles 2nd XV. In a close fought local derby our neighbours came out on top with a 10-19 victory over the boys in green & white. With 7 debutantes in our starting 15, the future looks good. The well-deserved MOM award on his 1st appearance from SURFS coach Paul Coode is wing Israel Adeyemi.
