With so many exciting changes at the club happening right now it’s a great time to get yourself involved & be part of shaping the future of our great club. As part of my new role I am implementing a new senior structure that will see all senior players training & being supported to the very highest level. Whilst training will continue with the current Structure of Nigel Barry & Mark Rippin for all senior players I am looking to appoint a 1st team manager & a development team manager.
Whilst supporting the coaches is a key role I am also looking for somebody who can support the players themselves.
These roles will include looking after all the off field dealings needed to successfully run both teams, but offer a vital path to the coaches on who is achieving what on & off pitch. The development team manager will attend development games & feedback on performances, results & key areas we need to improve on to make the whole section stronger & ultimately gain promotion.
We have a great squad who I want to see more & more involved in training & game day, with this support structure just being the start of the changes the green machine will only stronger & stronger.
