Well done on your first game everyone. Loughor brought six players and they have clearly been in pre-season training and you had your first session two days before the game. Thank you to Ryan, Oliver, Tomos and Aidan and to Loughor who agreed to let some of the under 8s play too make up numbers so Logan B and George from the under 8s also played their first games ever and Louis and Bleddyn helped out too for the second half which was a 4-4 draw. The first half was close too, even tough you lost that- Loughor’s pre-season training showed there. Don’t worry about that- you were all happy to get hold of the ball and there were some great tries scored. Don’t be scared to run forwards. I know that it can be a bit daunting trying to look for space to avoid being tagged when you are carrying the ball, the most important thing is to not do it while you stand still but to do it while you are running forward. We will try to work on that and on tagging in training.
